Carnar-Fin Fishing Competition 2018

Due to unforeseen circumstances, this year’s Carnar-Fin Fishing Competition was cancelled, however the Carnarvon Chamber of Commerce identified the Carnar-Fin as a premier event for our community and with the loss of income to our local businesses and town, we have decided to run the event.  Proceeds will go to The Lions Club and to the re-opening of the Fascine waterways.

We strive to make Carnarvon a great place to do business in order to improve everyone's standard of living. We seek to create an environment in which business people, employees and independent contractors can participate in a dynamic private and public sector. We encourage entrepreneurship and innovation to achieve prosperity, economic growth and jobs.

The Carnarvon Chamber contributes to public discussion and government decision-making on issues that impact on business, including economics, trade, workplace relations, work health and safety, employment, education and training.

We represent the broad interests of the private sector rather than individual clients or a narrow sectional interest.
